Objective To analyze the efficacy of low-dose coagulation factor infusion on acute joint bleeding in hemophilia. Methods A total of 85 hemophilia children with acute joint bleeding all were treated with low-dose coagulation factor infusion. The bleeding degree, visual analogue scale(VAS) score and quality of life were compared before treatment and 1 year after treatment. Results Patients had significantly better bleeding degree after treatment than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, patients had significantly lower VAS score as(1.15±0.11) points than(3.26±0.68) points before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, patients had significantly higher environmental, social, psychological and physiological quality of life score respectively as(89.62±6.84),(91.52±7.14),(91.48±7.09) and(90.05±7.01) points than(62.85±5.14),(61.05±5.08),(63.74±5.34) and(62.89±5.16) points before treatment, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Low-dose coagulation factor infusion shows remarkable effect in effectively reducing bleeding and pain degree of hemophilia children with acute joint bleeding and improving quality of life. It is worthy of reference.
