弹性髓内针在儿童四肢长骨干骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨弹性髓内针在儿童四肢长骨干骨折中的应用。方法 84例儿童四肢长骨干骨折患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组选择钢板内固定,观察组选择弹性髓内针固定。比较两组患儿的手术时间、出血量、骨愈合时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿的手术时间、骨愈合时间分别为(56.02±10.12)min、(3.21±1.24)个月,均短于对照组的(67.14±12.24)min、(4.62±2.51)个月,出血量为(25.02±2.61)ml,明显少于对照组的(57.68±3.57)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的并发症发生率7.14%显著低于对照组的26.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童四肢长骨干骨折患儿实施弹性髓内针固定可获得较好效果。Objective To discuss the application of elastic intramedullary needle in children with long bone shaft fractures of extremities. Methods A total of 84 children with long bone shaft fractures of extremities were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with plate internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with elastic intramedullary nail.Comparison were made on operation time, bleeding volume, bone healing time and occurrence of complications between the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter operation time and bone healing time respectively as(56.02±10.12) min and(3.21±1.24) months than(67.14±12.24) min and(4.62±2.51) months in the control group, and obviously less bleeding volume as(25.02±2.61) ml than(57.68±3.57) ml in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had significantly lower incidence of complications as 7.14% than 26.19% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of elastic intramedullary nail fixation can achieve better effect in children with long bone shaft fractures of extremities.
