产科开展药学服务的方式和实践

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师开展药学服务的方式,为进一步提升临床服务质量提供参考。方法对笔者参与开展的药学服务实践和部分实例进行总结和分析。结果临床药师通过查房、会诊、审核医嘱、协助调整治疗方案、用药咨询、用药教育、监测药品不良反应等方式参与临床,促进合理用药。结论临床药师需在实践中不断学习和总结,以便更好地服务于临床。Objective To explore the way of pharmaceutical service for clinical pharmacists to provide reference for further improving the quality of clinical service.Methods A summary and analysis of the practice and some examples of pharmaceutical services carried out by the author.Results Clinical pharmacists participate in clinical practice through rounds,consultation,examination of doctor's advice,adjustment of treatment plan,medication consultation,medication education and monitoring of adverse drug reactions,so as to promote rational drug use.Cconclusions Clinical pharmacists need to learn and summarize in practice so as to better serve the clinic.
