大柴胡汤治疗老年急性胆囊炎肝胆湿热型临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察大柴胡汤加减治疗老年急性胆囊炎肝胆湿热型的临床疗效。方法选择2016年12月—2017年12月收治的老年急性胆囊炎肝胆湿热型患者40例,利用随机法将其分成对照组与治疗组,对照组施以抗生素等常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上予以大柴胡汤加减治疗,观察并对比2组患者的治疗效果以及肝功能指标的变化。结果治疗组患者临床治疗有效率(90. 0%)明显高于对照组(70. 0%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组患者治疗前ALT与TBIL无明显差异(P> 0. 05);治疗后2组患者肝功能指标均有改善,但与对照组相比,治疗组ALT与TBIL改善更为明显(P <0. 05)。结论大柴胡汤加减治疗老年急性胆囊炎肝胆湿热型具有显著临床效果,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dachaihu decoction in the treatment of senile acute cholecystitis with liver and gallbladder dampness-heat.Methods Forty patients with acute cholecystitis and liver and gallbladder dampness-heat were enrolled in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given antibiotics and other conventional treatment methods.The treatment group was treated with Dachaihu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and changes of liver function indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group(90.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%).The data of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ALT and TBIL between the two groups before treatment,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the liver function indexes of the two groups were improved,but the improvement of ALT and TBIL in the treatment group was more significant,and it was statistically significant comparing with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dachaihu decoction has significant clinical effects in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis and liver and gallbladder dampness-heat.It is worthy of popularization and application.
