补气活血汤治疗产后出血疗效与安全性探析

摘　　要：目的分析补气活血汤辨证治疗产后出血疗效与安全性。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月收治的70例产后出血患者,依据随机抽签分组法将患者分为对照组与观察组各35例,分别应用常规西药与补气活血汤辨证治疗,评估2组疗效与安全性。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,P <0. 05。结论补气活血汤辨证治疗产后出血患者,有助于改善症状,预防并发症发生,值得临床加大应用力度。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Buqi Huoxue decoction in treating postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,70 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were treated in our hospital.According to the method of random drawing of lots,the patients were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases).The control group and the observation group were treated with routine western medicine and Buqi Huoxue decoction respectively.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Result The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Buqi Huoxue decoction in treating postpartum hemorrhage patients is helpful to improve symptoms and prevent complications.It is worth increasing clinical application.
