黄连温胆汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄连温胆汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎Hp根除的临床疗效。方法选择接收的Hp感染慢性浅表性胃炎患者82例,纳入时间为2017年2月—2018年7月,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组均41例。对照组采用西药四联治疗,试验组行黄连温胆汤与四联联合治疗,对比2组患者症状积分、不良反应及Hp根除率。结果试验组胃脘胀痛、腹胀满、口苦、恶心呕吐、胃脘灼热、尿黄、口臭等症状积分均低于对照组,差异明显(P <0. 05)。2组患者便秘、腹泻、皮疹等不良反应发生率(9. 76%、7. 32%)未见明显差异(P> 0. 05)。试验组Hp根除率(87. 80%)明显高于对照组(65. 85%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染所致慢性浅表性胃炎患者采用黄连温胆汤治疗效果显著,其安全性水平较高,应予以临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis.Methods Eighty-two patients with chronic superficial gastritis with Hp infection were enrolled in our hospital.The enrollment time was from February 2017 to July 2018.They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table.The control group was treated with western medicine.The experimental group was treated with Huanglian Wendan decoction and quadruple therapy.The symptom scores,adverse reactions and Hp eradication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of symptoms such as stomach cramps,abdominal distension,mouth pain,nausea and vomiting,stomach cramps,urinary yellow and bad breath in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions(9.76%,7.32%)between constipation,diarrhea and rash in the two groups(P>0.05).The Hp eradication rate(87.80%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(65.85%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis infected with Helicobacter pylori has significant effect.The safety level is high,and it should be promoted clinically.
