药酒火功疗法在桡骨茎突腱鞘炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析药酒火功疗法在桡骨茎突腱鞘炎患者中的应用价值。方法随机选取收治的桡骨茎突腱鞘炎患者92例,2016年3月—2018年3月为研究时段,遵循随机数字表法的分组原则,分试验组、对照组,每组样本容量46例。对照组采用穴位按摩法治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合药酒火功疗法治疗,比较桡骨茎突部、局部压痛VAS评分、疼痛缓解程度、治疗效果。结果试验组治疗后桡骨茎突部、局部压痛VAS评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),疼痛缓解程度明显优于对照组(P <0. 05),试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论药酒火功疗法可有效减轻桡骨茎突腱鞘炎患者疼痛症状,效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the application value of medicinal liquor fire therapy on the radial styloid tenosynovitis patient.Methods We selected 92 patients withradial styloid tenosynovitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018,following the grouping principle of random number table,they were divided into experimental group and control group,and each group contained 46 cases.The control group was treated acupoint massage,and the experimental group was treated acupoint massage and medicinal liquor fire therapy.The radial styloid process,local tenderness VAS grade,degree of pain relief and efficacy was compared.Results The acupoint massage and local tenderness VAS grade in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of pain relief in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medicinal liquor fire therapy could alleviate pain symptom on the radial styloid tenosynovitis patient,it had a significant effect,and is worth referring.
