微籽龙胆氯仿部位中三萜类成分研究

摘　　要：采用多种色谱技术(硅胶、ODS、MCI和SephadexLH-20等)从微籽龙胆氯仿部位分离得到9个三萜类化合物,通过核磁共振技术和文献数据对比,分别鉴定为:α-香树脂醇(1)、3β,28-二羟基乌苏烷(2)、3β-羟基-12-烯-28-醛乌苏烷(3)、乌苏酸(4)、3β-hydroxy-urs-11-en-13β,28-olide(5)、2α-羟基乌苏酸(6)、obtusalin(7)、桦木酸(8)和2α,3α,24-三羟基齐墩果酸(9)。化合物(7)和(9)为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Nine triterpenoids were isolated from the chloroform fraction of Gentiana delavayi by various column chromatography involving silica gel, ODS, MCI and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified basing on NMR spectroscopic data analysis, together with comparison with previous data, to be α-amyrin (1), 3β, 28-dihydroxy-ursane (2), 3β-hydroxy-12-ene-28-al-ursane (3), ursolic acid (4), 3β-hydroxy-urs-11-en-13β, 28-olide (5), 2α-hydroxyursolic acid (6), obtusalin (7), betulinic acid (8) and 2α,3α,24-trihydroxyolea-l2-en-28-oic acid (9). Compounds 7 and 9 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
