中西医结合治疗室性早搏研究进展

摘　　要：室性早搏属一种常见的心律失常,目前中西医治疗都致力于改善患者的临床症状,减少早搏发作次数,改善预后等。但抗一些心律失常药物存在不良反应,介入手术有一定的风险性。中西医结合辨病与辨证结合,发挥了整体治疗的优势,取得满意疗效。本文对近年来国内的文献进行分析总结,综述如下。Ventricular premature contraction is a common arrhythmia.At present,both Chinese and western medicine are committed to improving the clinical symptoms of patients,reducing the number of premature beats and improving the prognosis.However,some anti-arrhythmia drugs have adverse reactions,and radio frequency ablation has certain risks.Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine with disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation gives full play to the advantages of overall treatment and achieves satisfactory efficacy.In this paper, the domestic literature in recent years are analyzed and summarized,as follows.
