重组人脑钠肽治疗慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿性重症患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的对重组人脑钠肽在慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿性重症患者中的治疗效果进行调查。方法以48例慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿性重症患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组、对照组,各24例,干预组患者予以重组人脑钠肽治疗,对照组患者予以常规米力农治疗,比较患者治疗效果。结果干预组患者评估有效率为95.8%,对照组为79.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者左室射血分数为(56.4±4.9)%,心率为(78.5±6.3)次/min,尿量为(59.4±7.8)ml/h,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者平均动脉压无统计学差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重组人脑钠肽在慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿性重症患者中的治疗效果更理想。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in patients with acute decompensated severe chronic heart failure.Methods 48 patients with acute decompensated severe chronic heart failure were randomly divided into intervention group (n=24),control group (n=24) and control group (n=24) treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide.To compare the therapeutic effect of patients. Results The effective rate of evaluation was 95.8 in the intervention group and 79.2 in the control group (P<0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction and heart rate in the intervention group were (56.4±4.9)% and (78.5 ±6)%, respectively. 3) the urine volume per min, was (59.4±7.8) ml/h, higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mean arterial pressure between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide is more effective in acute decompensated severe patients with chronic heart failure.
