“引阳入阴”穴位推拿法治疗不寐的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察“引阳入阴”穴位推拿法治疗不寐患者的临床效果。方法将68例不寐患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组给予右佐匹克隆片口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予“引阳入阴”穴位推拿干预。观察2组不寐症状改善情况,比较2组干预前以及干预3周后睡眠质量。结果观察组总有效率94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的76.47%(26/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组PSQI评分均下降,观察组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍维度评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“引阳入阴”穴位推拿治疗不寐疗效确切,适宜临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoints massage based on Yin-Yang regulation in treatment of insomnia. Methods Totally 68 patients with insomnia were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 34 cases in each group. All patients received oral administration of eszopiclone, and those in the observation group were given acupoints massage based on Yin-Yang regulation. The intervention effect on insomnia was evaluated, and sleep quality of patients was assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%(32/34), which was higher than 76.47%(26/34) in the control group ( P <0.05). The PSQI score was decreased in both two groups after the intervention, and patients in the observation group achieved lower scores in factor of sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep efficiency and sleep disorder compared with those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The acupoints massage based on Yin-Yang regulation is potentially effective in treatment of insomnia.
