摘　　要：本研究总结了输尿管软镜碎石术治疗尿路结石梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭围手术期的中西医结合护理措施,具体措施包括患者心理干预、体位护理、疼痛干预、艾灸、穴位按压等。This paper summarized the nursing management of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in flexible ureteroscopy and Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for the treatment of acute renal failure due to urinary calculus-induced obstruction. Integrated nursing interventions included psychological care, position care, pain control, moxibustion, acupoint pressure therapy and so on.
