个案管理模式对HIV/AIDS患者心理弹性与自我管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的分析个案管理模式对HIV/AIDS患者心理弹性与自我管理能力的影响。方法将300例HIV/AIDS患者随机分为对照组与研究组,各150例。对照组接受常规管理,研究组实施个案管理模式。评估2组干预前及干预后3、6个月的心理弹性及自我管理能力。结果除对照组社会支持及帮助维度外,2组干预后3、6个月心理弹性及自我管理能力各维度评分均升高,但干预后6个月升高更为明显(P<0.01);研究组干预后6个月心理弹性及自我管理能力各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对HIV/AIDS患者实施个案管理模式可有效改善其心理弹性水平,提高自我管理能力。Objective To analyze the effect of case management mode on the mental elasticity and self-management ability of patients with HIV/AIDS. Methods Totally 300 patients with HIV/AIDS were randomly divided into control group ( n =150) given routine management and research group ( n =150) implemented case management. The mental elasticity and self-management ability of patients in both groups were evaluated before intervention, 3 and 6 months after intervention. Results Except for social support and help in control group, each dimensional score of mental elasticity and self-management ability in two groups was increased 3 and 6 months after intervention, but the increased range in research group was more significant 6 months after intervention ( P <0.01). Each dimensional score of mental elasticity and self-management ability in research group was higher than that in control group 6 months after intervention ( P <0.01). Conclusion Application of case management mode in HIV/AIDS patients can effectively improve the mental elasticity levle and self-management ability.
