摘　　要：目的探讨“六心”护理服务在提高中医护理效评价中的效果。方法选取2018年1月—6月采用中医护理技术的患者384例为研究对象,分为观察组(n=190)和对照组(n=194)。对照组常规采用中医护理技术,观察组在“六心”护理服务基础上开展中医护理技术。比较2组中医护理技术依从性、满意度、护理效果。结果观察组中医护理技术依从性、满意度、护理效果评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“六心”护理服对提升中医护理质量具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effect of “Six Heart” nursing on quality improvement of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing. Methods Totally 384 patients who were treated by TCM nursing techniques were assigned to the control group ( n =194) and the observation group ( n =190). In the observation group, the TCM nursing techniques were carried out based on a “Six Heart” nursing model. The patient compliance to TCM nursing techniques, satisfactory degree and efficacy of TCM nursing techniques were assessed. Results The compliance rate to TCM nursing techniques, satisfactory degree and efficacy of TCM nursing were higher in the observation group than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of “Six Heart” nursing can improve the quality of TCM nursing.
