摘 要:目的探讨护士长接受中医护理培训对中西医结合医院护理工作的影响,及分析如何培养中西医结合医院临床护理管理人才。方法护理部组建培训师资队伍,制定护士长培训考核计划,对院内33名护士长进行系统的中医护理理论、中医护理技术以及护理管理的培训。分别于培训前、培训1年后对护士长进行中医护理技能考核以及职业技能考核。结果培训后,护士长中医护理理论、中医护理技术以及护理管理能力成绩均较培训前提高(P<0.01)。培训后,护士长职业技能评价中业务能力、沟通协调能力、护理查房、学习组织能力均较培训前提高(P<0.01)。结论系统地对临床护士长进行中医护理培训,能大大提高中西医结合医院护士长的工作能力,增强其自信心和工作积极性。Objective To evaluate the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing for head nurses, and to exploring the way of training nursing administrators. Methods The nursing department organized a group of clinical teachers, worked out a training and assessment plan for head nurses. Totally 33 head nurses received systematical training on the theory of TCM nursing, TCM nursing techniques and nursing management. The knowledge level of TCM nursing, practice skills of TCM techniques and occupational skills were evaluated before and 1 year after the intervention. Results Nurses achieved higher scores in assessment of TCM theoretical knowledge, practice skills and management at 1 year after the intervention ( P <0.01). In terms of occupational skills, the professional proficiency, communication skills, nursing ward rounds and organizing ability of head nurses were improved ( P <0.01). Conclusion Systematic training program of TCM nursing can improve the working ability, self-confidence and work enthusiasm of head nurses in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital. It is the higher satisfaction of doctors and patients to nursing work, and can greatly improve the level of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in hospitals.
