县级医疗机构麻醉学科建设之我见  

The construction of anesthesiology discipline in county-level medical institutions

摘　　要：分级诊疗是国家根据现有形势做出改善全民卫生需求的应对策略,在此种形势下,县级医疗机构作为基层医疗机构的核心,其发展水平将对全民健康起到至关重要的作用。同时,国家卫健委等七部委联合发布《关于印发加强和完善麻醉医疗服务意见的通知》文件(国卫医发〔2018〕21号),加强县级医疗机构麻醉学科的建设势在必行。本文根据县级医疗机构麻醉学科的现况,总结出目前面临的五大困境,并进一步分析其形成的原因,从国家、医院、科室3个层面围绕基层医院的情况提出一些思考,浅析可能的解决办法。Graded diagnosis and treatment is a national response to meet the health needs of the people according to the current situation. In this case, county-level medical institutions, as the core of primary medical institutions, will play a vital role in improving the health of the whole nation. At the same time, National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China and six other ministries jointly issued the document on the issuance of opinions on strengthening and improving anesthesia medical service, and it is imperative to strengthen the construction of anesthesiology discipline at county-level medical institutions. According to the current situation of the anesthesiology discipline of county-level medical institutions, this paper summarizes the five major predicaments we face right now and further analyzes the causes. It also proposes some suggestions on improving the situation of primary hospitals from three aspects, the state, hospitals and anesthesiology departments, and analyses the possible solutions.
