摘　　要：目的:观察和分析重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法:选取80例宫颈糜烂患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同将其分为研究组(重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊)和对照组(消糜栓),观察两组的疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗宫颈糜烂不仅能提高疗效,还能降低不良反应的发生率。Objective: To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of recombinant human interferon a-2b vaginal effervescent capsule on cervical erosion. Methods: The clinical data from 80 cases of cervical erosion in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were selected and divided into a study group (treated with recombinant human interferon a-2b vaginal effervescent capsule) and a control group (treated with Xiaomi suppository) according to their different treatment methods. The efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of treatment was significantly higher and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The recombinant human interferon a-2b vaginal effervescent capsule for the treatment of cervical erosion can not only achieve good therapeutic effect but also further reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
