摘 要:为有效解决高结垢硬度管道清洗难题,重点针对水力与机械联合清洗管道技术,利用自主研制的超高压射流破岩装置,研究了压力、喷射角度、靶距等主要参数对射流破岩效果的影响规律;基于水力与机械联合清洗管道技术原理,设计了水力与机械联合清洗管道装置;研制出了专用的旋转式高压喷头,进行了参数优化设计,并完成了水力与机械联合清洗管道现场试验。结果表明,自主研制的水力与机械联合清洗管道装置可有效清洗管道内壁结垢物,清洗后管道内壁洁净。该技术为解决管壁高结垢硬度清理难题提供了可靠借鉴。In order to effectively solve the difficulty of tubing cleaning after high-hardness scale is formed,the influencing rules of such main parameters as jet pressure,jet angle,jet distance on the rock breaking effect were studied with respect to the technology of combined waterjet and mechanical cleaning technology using the self-made ultra-high pressure waterjet rock breaking device. Based on the principle of combined hydraulic and mechanical cleaning technology,the combined hydraulic and mechanical pipe cleaning device was designed,and the special rotary high pressure jet head was developed. Furthermore,the operation parameters were optimized,and the designed device was tested on site. The results show that the self-made combined hydraulic and mechanical pipe cleaning device can effectively clean the scale on the inner wall of the pipe,and the inner wall of the pipe was clean after cleaning. This technology provides a reliable reference for solving the difficulty in cleaning of high-hardness scale on inner wall of the pipe.
