摘 要:为研究小型燃气涡轮转子工作期间转子轴向温差对转子的动力学特性的影响。利用 workbench 对转子进行瞬态热仿真,分析转子在工作期间的温度分布规律,并将温度分析结果施加至转子模型上,通过采用传递矩阵法,对温度场作用下涡轮转子的临界转速进行分析计算,结果表明,临界转速随温度的升高降低。轮盘的温度升高会引起第三阶临界转速下降,对一二阶影响很小;轴段的温升对前三阶临界转速都有降低的效应。In order to study the influence of axial temperature difference of rotor on dynamic characteristics of the rotor during the operation of a small gas turbine rotor,the transient thermal simulation was carried out on the rotor using the workbench. The law of temperature distribution on the rotor was analyzed during the operation of the rotor,and the temperature analysis results were applied to the rotor model. The critical speed of the turbine rotor under the temperature field was analyzed and calculated by the transfer matrix method. The results show that the critical speed decreases with the rise of temperature.The temperature rise of the disc will cause decrease of the third order critical speed,but has little impact on the first and the second order. The temperature rise of the shaft section can cause decrease of the first three orders of critical speed.
