摘  要:陶瓷过滤器脉冲反吹系统的结构是影响反吹效果的关键因素之一,本文采用 GAMBIT 软件对反吹系统进行结构化网格划分,利用计算流体动力学软件 FLUENT 对其流场进行数值模拟,模拟结果表明,反吹气体在滤管入口处分布不均匀。为了改善此状况,通过在管板上添加分流器改变系统结构来优化反吹过程,模拟发现,添加分流器能够使滤管入口处的气体分布不均匀性得到改善,而且使更多的高压气体进入滤管,从而优化反吹,延长滤管使用寿命。The structure of reverse jet pulse cleaning system is one of the key factors that affect the pulse cleaning performance. Structured grid division of the reverse jet pulse cleaning system was using GAMBIT. The numerical simulation was carried out on its flow field using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT. The simulation results show the reverse jet gas was not distributed uniformly at the inlet of filter tube. In order to improve this situation,the reverse jet process was optimized by adding a shunt on the tubesheet to change the system structure. In the simulation,it was found addition of a shunt can improve uniformity of gas distribution at the inlet of filter tube,and can let more high pressure gas enter into the filter tube,thereby optimizing reverse jet performance and extend the filter service life.
