摘 要:针对现有球形止回阀在关闭过程中结构变形较大,采用 FLUENT 动网格技术与瞬态动力学进行联合仿真,建立球形止回阀三维模型,通过 UDF 函数对阀后突然停泵,阀芯关闭过程中管路应力应变情况进行分析。结果表明:阀门关闭后,由于水锤原因引起管道内压力升高,管道内的压力随着时间推移而向上游传播,并且随着传播距离的增加管道内压力值越来越小。在此基础上建立监测点对具体位置上材料的 Von-mises 应力变化分析,得到在阀门关闭初始时刻和即将闭合时刻的变形最大。With respect to relatively big structural deformation of the existing spherical check valve during the closing process, the FLUENT dynamic mesh technology and transient dynamics were used for the joint simulation. The three-dimensional model of spherical check valve was established,and the stress and strain of the pipeline in the valve core closing process were analyzed through UDF function. The results show that after the valve was closed,due to increased pressure in the pipe caused by water hammer,the pressure in the pipeline was propagated to the upstream side with time,and the pressure in the pipeline became smaller and smaller with the increase of propagation distance. On this basis,monitoring points were established to analyze the change of the Von-mises stress of the material on the specific locations,and the maximum deformation at the initial moment of closing and closing moment was obtained.
