摘 要:冷热端换热器的优化对于提高气动分置式斯特林制冷机的性能至关重要。本文利用SAGE软件对斯特林制冷机进行优化设计,研究了冷热端狭缝式换热器的狭缝宽度、狭缝数量和翅片厚度对制冷机性能的影响。模拟结果表明,适当减小热端换热器的狭缝宽度和数量,可以有效提高斯特林制冷机的性能,冷热端换热器都存在最优的狭缝宽度和数量,同时,冷端换热器没有热端换热器的优化潜力大。For a pneumatically driven split Stirling refrigerator,the optimization of the cold and hot end heat exchanger is crucial to improvement of the performance of the refrigerator. The SAGE software was used to optimize the design of the Stirling refrigerator. The effects of slit width,number of slits and fin thickness of the cold and hot end slit heat exchangers on the performance of the Stirling refrigerator were investigated in detail. The simulation results show that the performance of the Stirling refrigerator can be effectively improved by appropriately reducing the slit width and number of slits of the hot end slit heat exchanger. Both the hot end and cold end slit heat exchangers have the optimal slit width and numbers of slits. In addition,the optimization of hot-end heat exchanger is more important.
