摘  要:在汽车行车灯灯壳模型的逆向开发设计过程中,根据灯壳外形曲面复杂的特点,应用激光扫描仪进行产品几何外形的点云数据采集,并采用GeomagicStudio软件进行曲面重构,从而得到灯壳三维实体模型。在灯壳模具冷却系统设计中,分别采用传统水路方案和随形冷却水路方案,并通过Moldex3D进行冷却和翘曲变形数值模拟。模拟结果表明,相对于传统水路方案,随形冷却水路方案在冷却效果和产品翘曲变形方面有极大的改善。In the reverse development design process of the car driving lamp shell model,according to the complex characteristics of the lamp shell shape,the laser scanner was used to collect the point cloud data of the product geometry,and the surface reconstruction is performed by using Geomagic Studio,so as to obtain the 3D model.The traditional water way scheme and the conformal cooling channel scheme were adopted in the design of the lamp shell mold cooling system,and the numerical simulation of cooling and warpage deformation was carried out by Moldex3D.The simulation results showed that compared with the traditional waterway scheme,the conformal cooling channel scheme can great improvement in cooling effect and product warpage deformation.
