腹腔镜下子宫广泛切除术治疗宫颈癌中实施加速康复外科护理理念的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜下子宫广泛切除术治疗宫颈癌中实施加速康复外科护理理念的应用效果。方法将78例行腹腔镜下子宫广泛切除术治疗的宫颈癌患者根据就诊时间分组,对照组36例行常规护理,观察组42例行加速康复外科护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术后下床活动时间、排气时间、排便时间、平均住院时间及住院费用均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率2.38%明显低于对照组的19.44%(P<0.05),患者护理满意度92.86%明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论为腹腔镜下子宫广泛切除术治疗宫颈癌患者以加速康复外科护理理念开展护理工作,可有效缩短患者术后康复时间,减少住院时间,降低医疗费用,且可减少并发症发生风险,有利于构建和谐护患关系。Objective To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in the treatment of cervical cancer by laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 78 cases of cervical cancer treated by laparoscopic hysterectomy were divided into three groups:the control group(36 cases),the control group(36 cases)and the observation group(42 cases)accelerated rehabilitation surgery.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the time of getting out of bed,the time of exhaust,the time of defecation,The average hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.38%lower than that in the control group(19.44%,P<0.05),and the patientsundefined nursing satisfaction was 92.86%higher than that in the control group(75.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing care for patients with cervical cancer treated by laparoscopic hysterectomy in order to accelerate the nursing care of rehabilitation surgery can effectively shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time,reduce hospital stay,and reduce medical costs.And can reduce the risk of complications,conducive to the establishment of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
