摘　　要：为降低车间大型冲床设备噪声引起的干扰及混响,按照噪声水平划分动、静两个工作模块区域,在两模块之间建立一道高尺度并兼备吸、隔声功能的多层对称墙体结构:(1)该隔墙支撑骨架主要由冷弯薄壁C型檩条组成,辅助有拉条及套筒支撑,隐藏在吸声铝合金穿孔装饰面板内部;(2)声学结构层为铝合金穿孔板、超细玻璃棉、阻尼隔声板组成的双层对称结构,通过焊接或钉接方式固定在支撑骨架上。为评估该复合隔声墙体结构的隔声能力,在工程实施完毕后,采用人工声源发出强噪声源测量隔墙两侧的传声损失,测试结果表明:在250Hz^5000Hz频段,该隔墙能够明显阻断噪声传递,隔声量最大可达到31dB(A)。该结构隔声降噪效果明显,外形美观,施工简单易行,经济性能优良,可为车间噪声治理提供一定的参考价值。In order to solve the problem of high noise and reverberation induced by the large scale punch equipment,the workshop is divided into two parts: high noise region and low noise region.A multilayer symmetrical wall structure is constructed between the two regions,which has the ability of sound absorbing and insulating.This structure has the following characteristics:(1) the support frames are mainly composed by thin cold formed C-purlins as well as the auxiliary components of pull strips and sleeves,all parts are hidden inside sound absorbing panels of perforated aluminum;(2) The acoustic structural layer is of a double symmetrical configuration,made of aluminum perforated plate,glass wool and damping board,and welded or nailed to the support frames.In order to evaluate the maximum sound insulation ability,after the completion of the project,an artificial noise source is employed to provide an accurate acoustic source to measure the noise transmission loss across the wall.The test results show that the insulation wall can obviously block the noise transmission in the frequency range of 250 Hz - 5 000 Hz,and the maximum sound insulation level can be up to 31 dB(A).The designed structure has the advantages of obvious noise insulation,beautiful appearance,simple and convenient construction,and low cost,which can provide a certain reference value for workshop noise control.
