摘　　要：近年来,我国城市生活垃圾产生量逐年增加,垃圾围城现象愈发严重。我国台北等城市的相关实践表明,采用垃圾上门收运模式可以提高垃圾分类率和减少垃圾清运量。考虑垃圾点垃圾量不确定因素,构建基于居民时间满意度的生活垃圾上门收运路线优化模型,设计了该模型的人工鱼群求解算法方案,并通过仿真实验验证了本文模型和算法的有效性。仿真实验结果表明:不同收运概率水平对垃圾收运路线优化决策结果影响不大,但不同时间满意度对决策结果影响较大。本文研究可以为城市生活垃圾上门收运车辆调度决策提供理论支持,决策者可以基于不同的收运概率水平和满意度得到相应的优化路线。In recent years, the amount of urban living garbage is increasing year by year in China, which worsens the garbage siege phenomenon. The relevant practice of Taipei in Taiwan, People’s Republic of China and other cities shows that door-to-door garbage collection and transportation of urban living garbage can improve garbage classification efficiency and reduce garbage delivering quantity. Considering the uncertainty of garbage quantity, an optimization model for the route of door-to-door collection and transportation of urban living garbage was built based on resident time satisfaction. Besides, an artificial fish-swarm algorithm was designed to solve the model. In addition, the model and algorithm were verified by simulation experiment. The simulation experiment results show that different probability levels have little influence on the decision-making of the optimization of the route of garbage collection and transportation, but different time satisfactions have a great influence. This paper can provide theoretical support for decision-making of vehicle scheduling of door-to-door collection and transportation of urban living garbage. Decision makers can get the optimized route based on different feasible probabilities and satisfactions.
