脑室腹腔分流术与颅骨修补术同期治疗脑外伤效果及并发症率分析

摘　　要：目的探究脑外伤采用脑室腹腔分流术与颅骨修补术同期治疗效果与并发症发生率。方法取74例本院自2017年3月至2018年4月收治的脑外伤患者展开研究,计算机随机分组法作为分组依据,将74例患者分为对照组和实验组,各37例,对照组先进行脑室腹腔分流术,治疗12w后再实施颅骨修补术治疗,实验组实施脑室腹腔分流术与颅骨修补术同期治疗,分析临床疗效、并发症发生率、肢体恢复程度。结果意识恢复时间、并发症发生率与对照组相比,实验组较低(P<0.05);神经功能评分、意识状态评分、肢体恢复程度与对照组相比,实验组较高(P<0.05)。结论在脑外伤临床治疗中,实施脑室腹腔分流术与颅骨修补术同期治疗,既可缩短患者意识恢复时间、减少并发症发生概率,又可提高神经功能评分、意识状态及肢体恢复程度,临床应用价值较高,值得推广采用。Objective To investigate the effect of concurrent treatment of cerebral trauma and cerebral trauma with cerebral trauma and cerebral repair. Methods Seventy-four patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled. The computerized randomization method was used as a group basis. 74 patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 37 cases each, control group. The ventriculo-peritoneal shunt was performed first, and the skull repair was performed after 12 weeks of treatment. The experimental group was treated with ventriculo-peritoneal shunt and cranioplasty at the same time to analyze the clinical efficacy, complication rate and limb recovery. Results The recovery time of consciousness and the incidence of complications were lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). The neurological function score, consciousness state score, and limb recovery were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of traumatic brain injury, the simultaneous treatment of ventriculo-peritoneal shunt and cranioplasty can shorten the recovery time of patients' consciousness, reduce the probability of complications, and improve the neurological function score, consciousness state and limb recovery. Clinical application The value is higher and it is worth promoting.
