摘　　要：目的探讨体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)联合连续性肾替代治疗(CRRT)在急性重度光气中毒中的临床应用。方法对救治急性重度光气中毒合并严重成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)和急性肾损伤(AKI)患者救治中出现的问题进行总结,探讨ECMO联合CRRT辅助治疗的可行性。结果患者在常规治疗效果不明显时,应尽早给予ECMO联合CRRT治疗,临床症状及体征迅速改善。结论对急性重度光气中毒出现严重ARDS和AKI的患者,常规治疗效果不佳的情况下,应用ECMO联合CRRT治疗,能取得较好的疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) combined with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in acute phosgene poisoning. Methods The problems occurred in the treatment of acute phosgene poisoning with adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and acute renal injury (AKI) were summarized, and the feasibility of ECMO combined with CRRT was discussed. Results Conventional therapy was ineffective, patients were treated with ECMO and CRRT, and their clinical symptoms and signs improved rapidly. Conclusion In patients with acute phosgene poisoning with ARDS and AKI, ECMO combined with CRRT can achieve better results when conventional therapy is not available.
