摘 要:植草混凝土应用于小河流生态护岸是国家生态文明发展的必然趋势,适宜的配合比是植草混凝土护岸技术的关键环节。通过正交试验和单因子变量试验法,定量分析了主要设计参数和组分用量对植草混凝土性能的影响,并示范应用。结果表明:粗骨料级配、目标空隙率、液固比是植草混凝土配合比设计的关键指标;粗骨料级配为15~30mm,目标空隙率为20%,液固比为0.25,能够更好地满足小河流植草混凝土抗压强度、空隙率和pH值等指标要求;植草混凝土制备的适宜配合比为碎石用量(1480±20)kg/m^3,砂用量(175±25)kg/m^3,水泥用量(235±15)kg/m^3,水用量(105±5)L/m3,SR-4用量为水泥用量的1.5%~2.5%;通过工程示范,现浇植草混凝土能够达到小河流设计的强度要求,植被覆盖率达到89%,可以满足防洪和生态要求。研究成果可为植草混凝土生态护岸的推广应用提供技术支持。It is an inevitable trend to apply porous vegetation concrete to the ecological revetment in small rivers. The suitable mixture ratio is the key to the porous vegetation concrete revetment technology. The influence of design index and component dosage on grass planting concrete was quantitatively analyzed by orthogonal test and single factor test and applied. The results show that the coarse aggregate gradation,target void ratio and liquid-solid ratio are the key indexes for mixture ratio design of the porous vegetation concrete. The coarse aggregate gradation is 15-30 mm,the target voidage is 20%,and the liquid-solid ratio is 0.25,which can better meet the requirements of compressive strength,voidage and pH values of porous vegetation concrete in small rivers. The suitable mixture ratio of the concrete preparation in 1 m^3 of concrete need crushed (1480±20) kg/m^3 of stone,(175±25) kg/m^3 sand,(235±15) kg/m^3 of cement,(105±5) L/m^3 of water and the additives SR-4 is 1.5%-2.5% of cement consumption. Through the project demonstration,the cast-in-place grass planting concrete can meet design strength requirements for small rivers,the vegetation coverage rate reaches 89%,which realized flood control and ecological effect. The research results can provide technical support for the application of ecological revetment grass planting concrete.
