摘 要:以纳米η-Al2O3粉体为原料,MgO作为稳定剂,通过固相反应法制备Na-β″-Al2O3粉体。采用TG-DSC分析混合粉末加热时的化学变化,采用XRD和SEM对煅烧后试样的物相组成和显微结构进行分析和表征。结果表明:试样在1100℃开始发生反应生成Na-β″-Al2O3;1200℃时β″-Al2O3含量最高,达到87.26%,晶体呈现多层的片状结构;继续升高温度,Na2O的大量挥发导致β″-Al2O3含量急剧减少,试样中部分晶粒异常长大,晶体形貌不完整;MgO的引入能够增加粉末中β″-Al2O3含量,当MgO的加入量为1.0wt%时,β″-Al2O3含量最高,达到88.29%,粉末的晶体形貌较好,有利于Na-β″-Al2O3粉体的合成。Na-β″-alumina powder was prepared with nano-η-alumina and sodium carbonate by solid state reaction,MgO as additive. The chemical analysis of mixed powders heated by TG-DSC,the samples were characterized by XRD and SEM,respectively. The results show that the sample react to form Na-β″-alumina at 1100 ℃;the highest content of β″-alumina is 87.26% at 1200 ℃;with the increase of temperature,the evaporation of Na 2O led to the sharp decrease of the content of β″-alumina,the abnormal growth of some grains and the incomplete morphology of the crystal in the sample. The content of β″-alumina increase to 88.29% with the addition of 1.0wt% MgO,and its crystal morphology is good,which is conducive to the synthesis of Na-β″-alumina powder.
