摘 要:用低成本、环境友好的天然原料制备有机无机杂化功能材料,从而实现清洁和易推广生产。用溶胶凝胶法来制备壳聚糖/SiO2复合材料,通过红外、X-射线衍射、DSC、TGA对产物进行了表征。用甲基橙水溶液模拟工业染料废水,研究了壳聚糖/SiO2对甲基橙溶液的吸附性能,考察了反应时间、甲基橙溶液的初始浓度、pH值、温度对吸附量的影响。实验结果表明,所制备的壳聚糖/SiO2复合材料在25℃,pH值为4.22,20mg/L的甲基橙溶液中,吸附210min达到吸附平衡,且饱和吸附量为43.73mg/g。Organic and inorganic hybrid functional materials are prepared by natural and low cost materials with friendly environment to realize cleaning and easy promotion. The chitosan/SiO2 has been synthesized through sol-gel method and characterized by XRD,FT-IR,DSC,TGA. Methyl orange solution was used to simulate industrial dye wastewater,the adsorption properties of chitosan/SiO2 to it was studied. The batch adsorption experiments were conducted by varying the initial concentration of methyl orange,contact time,temperature and pH value of the dye solution by the spectrophotometry method. The results show that chitosan/SiO2 has good adsorption performance. On the condition that initial concentration of methyl orange is 20 mg/L,the pH value is 4.22,chitosan/SiO2 reached the saturate adsorption at 25 ℃ for about 210 min,and the adsorption capacity of it is 43.73 mg/g.
