摘  要:为提高岩棉板外墙保温系统的可靠性,设计了一种新型岩棉复合型(RWC)保温模板,力图实现外保温系统与结构主体施工一体化。通过该类模板结构特征分析,研究了影响岩棉复合型(RWC)保温模板热工及力学指标的主要因素。结果表明:岩棉复合型(RWC)保温模板热工指标主要受插丝率和岩棉板厚度影响,且保温层厚度越大,热阻R和热惰性指标D均会增加;传热阻R0随着保温板厚度增加而增加,传热系数K0减小;提高插丝率会显著降低保温性能。经试验测试,岩棉复合型(RWC)保温模板的抗弯性能良好且满足规范要求。In order to improve the reliability of the thermal insulation system of rock wool board exterior wall,a new type of rock wool composite(RWC)insulation formwork was designed to realize the integration of external thermal insulation and structural main body construction. Through the analysis of the structural characteristics of this type of template,the main factors affecting the thermal parameters and mechanical properties of rock wool composite(RWC)thermal insulation template were studied. The results show that the main factors of the thermal performance of rock wool composite(RWC)thermal insulation template are analyzed as the thickness of rock wool insulation board and wire insertion rate,and the greater the thickness of each layer of insulation is,the higher the thermal resistance R and the thermal inertia index D;the heat transfer resistance R 0 increases as the thickness of the insulation board increases,and the heat transfer coefficient K 0 decreases;and the increase of the wire insertion rate will significantly reduce the thermal performance of the insulation layer. The rock wool composite(RWC)insulation template has been tested and shows that the bending performance of the template is good and meets the specification requirements.
