摘 要:为了探明炭黑与Al2O3-SiC-C铁沟浇注料性能的相关性,主要研究了炭黑加入量对材料性能的影响。以电熔棕刚玉颗粒、碳化硅颗粒与细粉、硅微粉、α-Al2O3微粉、白刚玉微粉、Secar71水泥、Si粉、球沥青为主要原料,分别以0、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%质量分数的炭黑等量替代白刚玉微粉,外加质量分数为4.2%的水搅拌均匀,振动浇注成型,研究了炭黑加入量对浇注料流动性,经各温度热处理后常温物理性能及高温抗折强度、抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:随着炭黑加入量的增大,浇注料流动值先增大后减小,体积密度先增大后减小,显气孔率先减小后增加,常温强度先增后减;高温抗折强度增大、抗氧化性能提高,其原因分析与形成的β-SiC晶须和发育良好的莫来石晶体有关。加入炭黑质量分数为1.5%时,浇注料的综合性能最好。根据试验实研究结果,添加1.5%炭黑的铁沟浇注料在铁沟应用中取得了较好的效果。In order to find out the correlation between carbon black and the properties of Al2O3-SiC-C iron channel castable,the effect of carbon black content on the properties of materials was studied. Al2O3-SiC-C iron trough castables were prepared using brown corundum as aggregates,silicon carbide,ball pitch,calcium aluminate cement,microsilica,α-Al2O3 and silicon powders as matrix,and mixing with 4.2wt% water,shaping by vibration and firing. The effects of the addition of different amounts (0,0.5wt%,1wt%,1.5wt% and 2wt%) of carbon black on the fluidity,room temperature physical properties,hot modulus of rupture and oxidation resistance of Al2O3-SiC-C castables for iron trough were investigated. Experimental results indicate that,as increasing carbon black additions,the flow value,bulk density and cold crushing strength first increase and then decrease while apparent porosity first decrease and then increase. The hot modulus of rupture and oxidation resistance are enhanced due to the formation of β-SiC wiskers and well-developed mullite crystals. The Al2O3-SiC-C castables with 1.5wt% carbon black exhibite optimum comprehensive performance and succeed in applying to a certain factory iron trough.
