寒地地栽和棚室挂袋栽培黑木耳对比分析

摘　　要：地栽和棚室挂袋栽培的黑木耳在外观形态特征和营养成分含量上存在较大差异,在外观形态上:地栽黑木耳的湿干比大、硬度大、耐受拉力大,而棚室挂袋黑木耳更厚;在营养成分含量上:地栽黑木耳的粗蛋白、粗纤维、灰分含量更高,而棚室挂袋黑木耳的粗脂肪、多糖含量更高。There were great differences in the morphological characteristics and nutrient contents between field and shed bagged Auricularia auricula . In the external morphology,the dry-wet ratio,hardness and tensile strength of field planted Auricularia auricula were higher,while the thickness of shed bagged Auricularia auricula was thicker;in the nutrient content,the crude protein,crude fiber and ash of field planted Auricularia auricula were higher. The content of crude fat and polysaccharides in the greenhouse was higher.
