圈养斑嘴环企鹅换羽研究

摘　　要：根据上海动物园繁殖场斑嘴环企鹅的换羽时间、换羽模式、采食量与体重变化、换羽期的身体特征及行为表现,对圈养斑嘴环企鹅的整个换羽期情况进行了分析。确定了圈养斑嘴环企鹅的换羽高峰时间,一般为4-6月。随机抽选雌、雄2只企鹅,利用曲线回归分析,分别对采食量、体重与换羽时间的相关性进行分析,发现二者具有显著相关性。其中,72号企鹅采食量与换羽时间的相关方程为y=0.043x3-3.782x2+74.21x+353.11(P<0.01,R2=0.721),体重与换羽时间的相关方程为y=0.031x3-3.727x2+119.36x+2142.31(P<0.01,R2=0.594)。76号企鹅采食量与换羽时间的相关方程为y=0.025x3-2.44x2+52.59x+444.74(P<0.01,R2=0.733),体重与换羽时间的相关方程为y=0.028x3-3.763x2+133.25x+2666.68(P<0.01,R2=0.891)。换羽期企鹅体重与采食量都具有很大的波动,最高体重是平时体重的1.5倍,采食量是平时的2~3倍,与野外情况基本一致。根据身体特征和行为表现,将换羽期分成换羽前期(脂肪囤积期)、换羽中期(旧羽褪落期)、换羽后期(新羽生长期)3个阶段。According to the molting time and pattern,the change of the food consumption and body weight,the physical characteristics and behavior performance of Spheniscus demersus ,in the breeding center of Shanghai Zoo,the situations in the whole molting stage of captive S.demersus were analyzed. The molting peak hours of captive S.demersus was determined,which was generally from April to June. 2 penguins( 1 male ,1 female) were randomly selected,and the correlation of feed intake,body weight and molting time was analyzed by using curve regression analysis. It was found that they had significant correlations. The correlation equation between the feed intake and the molting time of 72# penguin was y=0.043x 3-3.782x 2+74.21x+353.11(P<0.01,R 2 =0.721),and the correlation equation between its body weight and the molting time was y=0.031x 3-3.727x 2+119.36x+2 142.31(P<0.01,R 2 =0.594). The correlation equation between the feed intake and the molting time of 76# penguin was y=0.025x 3-2.44x 2+52.59x+444.74(P<0.01,R 2 =0.733),and the correlation equation between the body weight and the molting time was y=0.028x 3-3.763x 2+133.25x+2 666.68(P<0.01,R 2 =0.891). The body weight and feed intake of penguin in the molting stage had a great fluctuation,the highest body weight was 1.5 times as the normal weight,and the feed intake was 2-3 times as that in normal stages,which was the same as the wild situations.According to the physical characteristics and behavior performance,the molting stage was divided into early molting stage (fat accumulation period),the medium molting stage(the falling stage of old feather).
