河北农村电子商务建设模式分析

摘　　要：采用SWOT分析法分析了河北农村电子商务产业内部存在的优势劣势以及外部面临的机遇和挑战。认为要全面促进农村电子商务的发展,消除新农村发展中电子商务的影响因素,可以从3个方面采取措施:政府方面,进一步加强政府支持、督导和协调作用;建立激励企业向农村地区投入的运行机制等。企业方面,控制好投资期的风险,明确控制主体;选择适合自己企业的电子商务模式建设等。个人方面,打破传统农业观念,做一名新型的农民;多接触新的文化知识,提高自身的素质,增强对网络知识的运用,熟练地运用电子商务平台。The advantages and disadentages existing in Hebei rural e-commerce industry were analyzed by using SWOT method,as well as the external opportunities and challenges. Countermeasures should be adopted from three aspects in order to promote the development of rural e-commerce comprehensively,eliminate factors hindering rural e-commerce development,including: Government aspect, further strengthening government support,steering and coordination role;establishing incentive enterprise to rural area input of run mechanism;enterprise aspect,control risk in investment period,clear control subject;selecting approriate e-commerce mode construction;personal aspect,break traditional agricultural concept,do one new farmers;more contact new of culture knowledge,improve quality and enhance skills to use e-commerce platform and network knowledge.
