摘 要:高频交流配电系统因具有暂态响应快、高功率密度、容易实现电气隔离、可实现无线功率传输等优点逐渐替代传统直流配电系统。现有高频逆变器存在使用多个输入源、开关器件多、硬件成本高、电路复杂、电路参数设计困难等缺点。提出一种改进的九电平高频逆变器,开关器件少,电路结构简单。该结构通过开关电容技术实现九电平输出,并对输出波形进行傅里叶分析,采用特定谐波消除法减小输出谐波。详细分析了逆变器的工作原理并设计相关参数。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了该逆变器的可行性。The high frequency AC(alternating current)distribution system has gradually replaced the traditional DC(direct current)power distribution system because of its advantages of fast transient response,high power density, easy implementation of electrical isolation,and the realization of wireless power transmission. The existing high frequency AC inverters have many disadvantages,such as multiple input sources,lot switching devices,high hardware cost,complex circuit,difficult circuit parameter design,etc. An improved nine level inverter was presented with few switch devices and simple circuit structure. the nine level output was realized by switched capacitor technique in the structure,and Fourier analysis of the output waveform was carried out,the specific harmonic elimination method was adopted to further reduce the output harmonics. The working principle of inverter was analyzed in detail,and the parameters were designed. Finally,the simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the inverter.
