摘 要:电动汽车以其低噪声、清洁环保、高能量转换效率等优点逐渐成为汽车工业发展的重要方向。为满足汽车低速启动、高速超车及舒适性等要求,车用驱动电机需要具有低速大转矩、宽调速范围及低转矩脉动等特点。为了达到上述性能,首先简要介绍了永磁同步电机弱磁调速、启动转矩等原理,然后设计和仿真了3种不同转子结构的永磁同步电机,对其额定转矩、高速弱磁、转矩脉动等性能进行比较研究。最后,总结了不同转子拓扑的永磁同步电机各自的性能特点,为各种工况选择结构适合的电机提供了参考。Owing to low noise,environment protecting and high energy transform efficient,the electric vehicle is becoming an important direction in automobile industry gradually. For dealing with the conditions of starting at a low speed,overtaking at a high speed and comfort requirement,high torque,wide flux weakening speed range and low torque ripple of vehicle motor are required. To satisfy the requirements above,the operational principles of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)about flux weakening and starting torque were introduced. Afterwards,three types of PMSM were designed and simulated in which torques and high speed flux weakening abilities were compared. In summary,the characteristics of the three machines were concluded which contributes to choosing machine topology in initial design stage.
