摘  要:跨海桥梁海上承台施工风险不同于一般桥梁工程施工风险,海上复杂的施工环境使得不确定性的因素多,施工安全风险概率高.为有效规避风险,该文在群决策视角下运用AHP分析法构建了跨海桥梁海上承台施工安全风险评价体系,且运用模糊评价手段建立了跨海桥梁海上承台施工风险评价模型;结合舟岱跨海大桥主塔海上承台施工实际案例进行施工风险计算分析与评价,提出了相应的施工风险控制措施及方案.实践证明:该文的分析方法及评价手段对施工安全风险控制起到了科学合理的指导作用,效果良好.The construction risk of offshore pile caps of cross-sea bridge is different from general bridge engineering. The complex construction environment at sea brings more unsafe factors, more uncertain factors and higher construction safety risk. To avoid risks effectively, this paper builds a construction safety risk assessment system of offshore pile caps construction project of cross-sea bridge by group-decision AHP analysis method, and establishes the risk assessment model of offshore pile caps construction of cross-sea bridge by fuzzy mathematics evaluation method. The construction risk calculation analysis and evaluation are carried out in combination with the construction engineering case of the main tower of the Zhoudai bridge, and the corresponding construction risk control measures and schemes are proposed. Through practice, it is proved that the analysis method and evaluation method of this paper play a scientific and reasonable guiding role in the construction safety risk control, and the effect is good.
