摘　　要：本钢矩形坯生产的含硼钢,在铸坯及轧材(棒材)产生了皮下角内裂缺陷。通过对炼钢工艺的调查分析和研究,查找出了影响皮下角内裂的影响因素有化学成分、过热度、拉速、冷却制度及设备状态等。经过对设备和工艺调整和改进后,大幅减少该缺陷的产生。The defect of subsurface corner internal crack was found in boron steel produced by bloom caster in Bengang. Through investigation and analysis, influence elements was revealed, which were chemical composition, overheat, drawing speed, cooling principle, equipment state and so on. After equipment and technology improvement, the crack defect reduced hardly.
