摘 要:以一款搭载2.0L增压直喷汽油发动机的SUV为研究对象,以NEDC循环为基础进行转毂试验,研究分别采用无热管理模块、有水温修正策略的热管理模块、无水温修正策略的热管理模块三种状态对暖机时间、油耗和排放的影响。研究结果表明,热管理模块通过对冷却水循环的控制,提高了37.5%的暖机速度;水温修正策略可以得到更加准确的发动机实际运行水温,降低燃油消耗和排放。The effect of engine thermal management on SUV with a 2.0 L turbocharged gasoline direct injection engine as the research object and referring to the NEDC driving cycle for the whole vehicle reloading test. To study the effects of three states on the heating time, fuel consumption and emission, including no engine thermal management module, without water temperature correction strategy for engine thermal management module, and with water temperature correction strategy for engine thermal management module. The test result shows that engine thermal management module improves the heating speed 37.5% by controlling the cooling water circulation. Water temperature correction strategy can obtain more accurate actual operating water temperature of the engine and reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
