摘  要:齿轮传动作为一种常见的机械传动形式,实现了两轴之间运动的传递和方向的改变。其具有传动比高、工作稳定、传动效率高等特点。使用KISSSOFT软件建立直齿圆柱齿轮的三维模型,并完成了精确装配。在ANSYS workbench中,考虑需要分析齿轮传动时开始阶段的传动力学性能,通过新建静力学分析项目,完成直齿圆柱齿轮传动的接触分析。有限元求解结果输出参与啮合齿面的应力、应变云图、接触压力及其对应的最大值。与按照赫兹接触理论计算得到的小齿轮的齿面应力进行对比,数据显示有限元分析结果可靠,综合分析得到的求解结果具有一定参考价值。As a common form of mechanical transmission,gear transmission has realized the transfer of motion and change direction between two axes.It has the characteristics of high transmission ratio,work stability and high transmission efficiency.In this paper,the three-dimensional model of straight tooth cylindrical gear was established by using KISSSOFT software,and the precise assembly was also completed.In the ANSYS workbench software,we consider the need of analyze the dynamic performance of gear transmission at the beginning stage.Through to building the static analysis project,we finished the contact analysis of spur gear transmission,the finite element solution,strain cloud,contact pressure and the maximum value of the Engagement tooth surface.Compared with the gear surface stress calculated by Hertz contact theory,the data show that the finite element analysis results are reliabl and the results obtained by comprehensive analysis have some reference value.
