摘　　要：我国是突发事件频发的国家之一。突发事件造成的各种灾难通常是人们意想不到的,因此,普及应急救护知识和技能,增加群众自救互救能力变得尤为重要。中国红十字会长期以来承担群众性应急救护知识和技能的普及和宣传,并开展救护员培训。灾难会给人类带来巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡,为最大限度地在第一时间抢救生命,减少损失,灾难医学作为一门新兴的学科正式诞生。笔者将从红十字救护员培训掌握的技能和灾难医学救援常见技术来初步探讨红十字救护员在灾难医学救援现场发挥的作用,提出进一步加强和普及红十字应急救护知识和技能的建议。China is one of the countries where emergency events occur frequently. Disasters caused by emergencies are usually unexpected. Therefore, it is particularly important to popularize the knowledge and skills for emergency rescue and to enhance the ability of self and mutual medical aid. For a long time, Chinese Red Cross has been engaged in popularizing emergency rescue knowledge and skills among the first aiders. Disaster events can cause enormous economic losses and massive casualties for human beings. Disaster Medicine has officially taken shape in a bid to save lives and minimize losses to the maximum in the first time. The authors discuss the role of Red Cross first aiders in disaster medical rescue in terms of skills and common rescue technology, and put forward suggestions to further strengthen and popularize Red Cross emergency rescue knowledge and skills.
