摘　　要：当代社会,人类面临生态、经济和伦理危机,需要我们用一种新的方法来处理、克服这三种危机。《易经》作为一种关于宇宙创生的哲学,它所体现的创造性转变和转化哲学是高度相关和必要的。正确认识和理解这种创造力与《易经》哲学中“五义”——生生源发义、变异多元义、秩序自然义、交易互补义、和谐相成义的密切关系,从而对管理和领导中的变化进行创造性认识和整合,人类创造力将成为世界变革和解决全球危机的强大力量。这种管理和领导的新方法在人类工作领域中将发挥巨大作用:宏观与微观的统一、本源与体系的统一、知识与方向的统一、预测与决策的统一、培养与和谐的统一。同时,我们也将看到这种新方法如何体现伦理和管理的一体化,将西方对世界最好的洞察力与中国人的自我智慧相整合。Given that the human world is presently confronted with the ecological,the economic and the ethical crises,the article proposes a deep search for a new approach to deal with and overcome them.Yijng,as an onto-generative cosmic philosophy,embodies the high correlation and necessity of renovation and innovative re-orientation.It is argued that it is through correct cognition and understanding of these creativities and their close relationship in light of five senses of change (Wuyi) in the philosophy of Yijing:change as identity,change as difference,change as polarity,change as exchange,change as harmonization,and thus through creative cognition and synthesis of these aspects of change in management and leadership that human creativity will emerge as a power of transformation of the human world and solution of global crises.This new approach to management and leadership will be also shown to have five characteristic unities of substance and function which can find great uses in all areas of human efforts:the unity of the macroscope and microscope,the unity of the source and the system,the unity of knowledge and orientation,the unity of prediction and decision-making,and finally the unity of cultivation and harmonization.Meanwhile,we shall see how this new approach embodies an integration of ethics and management in an effort to integrate the best of western insight into the world and the Chinese wisdom of the human self.
