CO2点阵激光联合抗菌功能性敷料治疗炎性痤疮的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨CO2点阵激光联合抗菌功能性敷料在治疗炎性痤疮中的应用价值。方法选取该院治疗的面部炎性痤疮患者110例(2016年1月—2017年12月期间)。按数字随机分配原则分为两组,每55例为一组。分为激光组和联合治疗组,其中激光组痤疮患者使用CO2点阵激光治疗,联合治疗组采用CO2点阵激光联合抗菌功能性敷料治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、误工期、痂皮脱落时间、不良反应等。结果联合治疗组总有效率为94.54%,激光组总有效率为76.36%,联合治疗组疗效明显优于激光组(χ^2=7.314,P=0.007),联合治疗组面部炎性痤疮患者的不良反应的发生率5.45%(3例色素沉着),激光组不良反应发生率27.27%(11例色素沉着,4例持久性潮红),联合治疗组明显低于激光组(χ^2=9.565,P=0.002),治疗后,联合治疗组面部炎性患者误工期(7.41±2.31)d明显小于激光组面部炎性患者误工期(11.12±4.11)d(t=2.477,P=0.016)。联合治疗组痂皮脱落时间为(6.51±1.45)d明显小于激光组面部痂皮脱落时间(8.61±4.11)d(t=3.166,P=0.007)。结论CO2点阵激光联合抗菌功能性敷料治疗炎性痤疮疗效显著,可减少治愈后不良反应的发生,提高生活品质,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the value of CO2 dot matrix laser combined with antibacterial functional dressing in the treatment of inflammatory acne.Methods 110 patients with facial inflammatory acne treated in our hospital were selected (from January 2016~December 2017).According to the principle of random distribution of numbers,it is divided into two groups,each of which is a group of 55 cases,divided into laser group and combined treatment group.Among them,laser group acne patients were treated with CO2 dot matrix laser,and combined treatment group was treated with CO2 dot matrix laser combined with antibacterial functional dressing.The therapeutic effects,lost time,time of molting,and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results In the combined treatment group,the total effective rate was 94.54%,and the total effective rate was 76.36%.The combined treatment group was significantly better than the laser group (χ^2=7.314,P=0.007).The incidence of adverse reactions in patients with facial inflammatory acne was 5.45%(3 cases of hyperpigmentation),the incidence of adverse reactions in the laser group was 27.27%(11 cases of hyperpigmentation,4 cases of persistent flushing),and the combination group was significantly lower than the laser group(χ^2=9.565,P=0.002),after treatment,the operative period of the inflammatory patients in the combined treatment group (7.41±2.31) days was significantly less than the missed period of the laser group inflammatory patients (11.12±4.11) days (t=2.477,P=0.016).The time of molting of the combined treatment group was (6.51±1.45)days,which was significantly lower than that of the facial group (8.61±4.11) days (t=3.166,P=0.007).Conclusion CO2 dot matrix laser combined with antibacterial functional dressing is effective in the treatment of inflammatory acne,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after curing and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
