人文关怀护理用于尿毒症患者护理中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析研究人文关怀护理用于尿毒症患者护理中的临床效果。方法选择70例2017年1月—2018年5月间收治的尿毒症患者进行此次护理研究,依据患者的入院顺序分组,对照组35例采取常规护理,观察组35例则增加实施人文关怀护理,护理后比较护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后的SAS评分为(37.1±3.2)分、SDS评分为(36.7±2.1)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.152;P=0.000;t=47.408;P=0.000)。观察组诊疗依从率为85.7%,护理满意率为97.1%,均高于对照组(χ^2=4.786;P=0.029;χ^2=5.081;P=0.024)。结论对尿毒症患者实施人文关怀护理可有效提高患者的诊疗依从性,改善患者心理状态,提高其对护理服务的满意度,临床应用价值效果较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of human care care in the care of patients with uremia.Methods Select 70 patients with uremia who were admitted between January 2017 and May 2018 for this nursing study.Grouped according to the patient's admission order,35 patients in the control group received routine care,and 35 patients in the observation group increased their implementation of human care.Nursing,nursing care after treatment.Results The SAS scores of the observation group patients were (37.1±3.2) points and the SDS scores were (36.7±2.1) points,which were better than the control group,and the difference was significant (t=10.152;P=0.000;t=47.408;P=0.000).The compliance rate of observation group was 85.7%,and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 97.1%,which was higher than that of the control group (χ^2=4.786;P=0.029;χ^2=5.081;P=0.024 ).Conclusion The implementation of human care care for patients with uremia can effectively improve the patient's compliance with the diagnosis and treatment,improve the patient's psychological state,improve their satisfaction with the nursing service,and have a higher clinical application value.
