摘　　要：目的分析多功能快速康复护治架在需长期卧床休养患者中的临床应用。方法选择该院2017年2月—2018年8月所收治的48例腰胸椎压缩骨折患者进行回顾性分析,随机数字表法分为应用多功能快速康复护治架的观察组24例和应用常规硬板床治疗和护理的对照组24例,以两组腰背肌功能、并发症发生率、ADL评分、住院时间以及护理满意度评价两组护理优劣。结果观察组住院时间少于对照组,6个月复查时腰背肌优良率91.67%高于对照组66.67%,ADL日常生活能力评分高于对照组,并发症发生率4.17%低于对照组29.17%,满意度则以95.83%较对照组75.00%占据绝对优势,组间数据对比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多功能快速康复护治架应用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折病例,对其腰背肌功能修复及日常生活能力的提升中均有益处,并可良好规避恢复期间并发症的发生,建议将之应用至需长期卧床休养的患者中。Objective To analyze the clinical application of multi-functional rapid rehabilitation treatment frame in patients who need long-term bed rest.Methods A retrospective analysis of 48 patients with lumbar and thoracic vertebral compression fractures who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 was performed.The randomized digital table method was divided into 24 groups of observation groups using multi-functional rapid rehabilitation treatment frame and its application.In the control group of 24 patients with conventional hard bed treatment and nursing,the two groups were evaluated for the advantages and disadvantages of the two groups: low back muscle function,complication rate,ADL score,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction.Results The length of hospital stay in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The excellent rate of back muscles was 91.67% higher than that of the control group at 6 months(66.67%).The ADL index of daily living ability was higher than that of the control group.The complication rate was 4.17% lower than that of the control group.29.17%,the satisfaction rate was 95.83% compared with the control group 75.00%,and the data comparison between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The multifunctional rapid rehabilitation treatment frame is applied to the cases of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.It is beneficial to the repair of the back muscle function and the improvement of daily living ability,and can well avoid the complications during recovery.It is recommended to Apply to patients who need to stay in bed for long periods of time.
