全腹腔镜下胃癌根治三角吻合术围术期病房护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨全腹腔镜下胃癌根治三角吻合术围术期病房护理的效果。方法选取医院2014年9月至2016年10月收治的胃癌患者62例,均行全腹腔镜下胃癌根治三角吻合术治疗,随机均分为两组,各31例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用病房护理。结果研究组患者术中出血量、术后疼痛天数、术后下床时间及术后进食时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全腹腔镜下胃癌根治三角吻合术围术期加强病房护理有利于改善患者术后治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative ward nursing of total laparoscopic radical triangular anastomosis for gastric cancer.Methods Totally 62 patients with gastric cancer underwent laparoscopic radical triangular anastomosis for gastric cancer from September 2014 to October 2016 admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received ward nursing.Results The amount of bleeding during operation,the days of pain after operation,the time of getting out of bed after operation and the time of eating after operation in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing ward nursing during perioperative period of laparoscopic radical triangular anastomosis for gastric cancer is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect of patients after operation.
