摘　　要：近年来随着我国马拉松赛事“井喷式”的增长,为了马拉松健康发展,赛场猝死预防显得非常重要。在对马拉松猝死存因分析基础上,提出马拉松选手赛场猝死预防的保障体系,即严格准入门槛,加强医学筛选;科学训练备战,平和心态应战;提高风险意识,加强技能培训;医务实时监督,医生待命急救;科技精准监测,智能加快推广等。In recent years, with the growth of the marathon in China, the prevention of sudden death is ver y important for the healthy development of marathon. Based on the analysis of the cause of death in marathon, this paper puts forward the guarantee system of the marathon runner's sudden death prevention, that is, Strict entr y threshold and strengthen medical screening;Scientif ic training to prepare for competition, peace of mind to compete;Increased risk awareness and skills training;Medical real-time supervision, doctors on calling for f irst aid;Accurate monitoring of technology, accelerated promotion of intelligence, etc..
