摘  要:随着人们健康意识的提升,运动已经成为生活中重要的日常行为。但是随着运动人群的增加,运动损伤也居高不下。这些运动损伤大多是急性损伤,常见的有撕裂、挫伤、冷冻、灼烧等,而些运动损伤会影响人们的日常生活及健康。所以,本文主要采用了文献资料法介绍了急性运动损伤及机制。从理论上宏观阐述了急性运动损伤与机械力过大、拉伸的速度有关;微观上急性运动损伤是由于细胞膜的损伤及肌原纤维的损伤导致的。其目的在于为下一步的急性损伤预防与修复提供解决思路。With the improvement of people's health awareness, sports have become an important daily behavior in life. H owever, with the increase of the s ports population, a cute s ports injuries a lso remain high. T hese a cute s ports injuries are mostly acute injuries, the common ones are laceration, contusion, freezing, burning and so on. These sports injuries can affect People's Daily life and health. Therefore, this paper mainly introduces the acute sports injury and its mechanism by means of literature review. Theoretically, acute sports injury is caused by excessive mechanical force and the speed of stretching. Microscopically, acute sports injury is caused by cell membrane injury and myof ibril injury. Its purpose is to provide a solution for the prevention and repair of acute injury in the next step.
